Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Bruce Gaige Bowen of Monticello, Ky was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear on the underlying charges of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, driving on DUI suspended license 1st offense, failure to appear.
John Brandon Bertram of Monticello, Ky was arrested for disregarding stop sign, possession of a controlled substance, 2nd degree, drug unspecified, prescription-controlled substance not in proper container 1st offense, failure to or improper signal, operating motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st (aggravated circumstances).
Jerry W Boyd of Pine Knot, Ky was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear.
Bowen and Bertram were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Boyd made bond and was released with a court date to appear.
