Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Madison Mason of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Mauro Lopez of Monticello, KY. was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and no operator’s license.
Tracy Kidd of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (drug unspecified) and possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified).
Aaron Carrender of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (less than 2 grams of methamphetamine). Carrender was also arrested on a Warren County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear and failure to pay.
