(WYMT) – Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan is investigating a firearm discharge reported Thursday night at the Sunshine Apartment Complex in Harlan.
Police received a call shortly after 8 p.m. regarding t
he discharge. Troopers who responded determined the incident was isolated and involved two individuals.
Multiple juveniles and other individuals were in the area when the firearm was discharged. No one was struck or injured.
The person believed to have fired the weapon had left the area before troopers arrived.
Kentucky State Police said an investigation is underway.
