The 2026 LIHEAP Summer Subsidy program is now accepting applications! Eligible residents can apply through September 11 – or until funding runs out.
Be sure to apply at your local Community Action Agency. The Wayne County Agency is now located inside city hall, there’s parking available around back and the phone number for the community action remains the same at 606-348-8481
