(WYMT) -A London man faces five counts of first-degree rape after detectives determined he allegedly engaged in sexual relations with a 13-year-old female victim, according to Laurel County Sheriff John Root.
Detectives Brad Mink and Tommy Houston charged Cameron Botkins, 20, on July 30 following an investigation into the allegations.
Botkins was already at the Laurel County Correctional Center on unrelated charges at the time. He remains held there.
