Destiny Fenner of Albany, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charge of theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting, and failure to appear for a Motion to Revoke Probation due to Failure to Complete CATS Advent Shoplifting Course on the underlying charge of failure to appear.
Fenner was released from custody after posting a Bond.
