Two recent judgements handed down by Judge, Sara Beth Gregory;
Tanner Sexton According to a judgment entered July 21, 2026, Tanner Sexton pleaded guilty to Promoting Contraband, 2nd Degree . The court dismissed the second count of his indictment and sentenced him to 12 months in jail, to run concurrent with the sentence he is already serving . Court costs were waived.
Dustin Davis In a separate case, the court granted pretrial diversion for Dustin Davis, who pleaded guilty to three counts of Wanton Endangerment, 1st Degree, a Class D felony . Davis was placed on three years of supervised diversion, required to pay $20 per month to Probation & Parole, avoid firearms, avoid drugs and alcohol, submit to random testing, and have no contact with the victims or Peddler’s Mall. He must also pay $260 in court costs by July 20, 2027 . If he successfully completes diversion, the charges will be dismissed; failure to comply could result in a five‑year sentence, as recommended by the Commonwealth.
