Jennifer Turner of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for 2 Pre-Trial Conferences on underlying charge of unlawful transaction with a minor-3rd degree.
Laws was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Turner was released from custody after posting a Bond.
