6-22 Firefighters responded to a business out Highway 167 for a LZ request for Wayne County EMS. Due to high winds in the area, the helicopter was diverted to Wayne County Hospital to pick up the patient. Also responding was Wayne County Sheriff Dept and Wayne County Judge Executive Scott Gehring.
6-20 Firefighters responded to a structure fire on Don Patton Road. A Monticello Volunteer Firefighter that lived nearby was able to get the fire extinguished along with family of the residents without causing major damage.
6-20 Firefighters responded to an accident on North Main Street.
