Jacob Jones of Stearns, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for fleeing or evading Police-1st degree (motor vehicle), 3 counts of wanton endangerment-1st degree, criminal mischief-1st degree, receiving stolen property ($10,000.00 or more), speeding (26 mph or greater than the speed limit), and reckless driving.
Dustin Davis of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for 3 counts of wanton endangerment-1st degree, menacing, and disorderly conduct-2nd degree.
Jason S. Woodworth of Monticello, Ky. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for leaving the scene of an accident, and wanton endangerment-1st degree.
Jerry Lair of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for rape-3rd degree, sodomy-3rd degree, and unlawful transaction with a minor-1st degree.
Jones, and Davis remained lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Woodworth was lodged in the Detention Center. Lair was released from custody after posting a Bond.
