(WKYT) – The brother of a man convicted in the death of Crystal Rogers has been charged with perjury.
Kentucky State Police report that 46-year-old Nicholas “Nick” Houck of Bardstown was arrested on a Nelson County indictment just after 1:30 p.m. Thursday.
Nick Houck’s brother, Brooks Houck was one of three men convicted in Crystal Rogers’ murder in 2025.
According to KSP’s investigation, Nick Houck allegedly committed perjury between 2015 and 2023.
Houck was taken into custody and lodged without incident.
According to WAVE News out of Louisville, Houck bonded out of jail.
KSP Post 4 detectives are continuing the investigation.
