May 2026 Arrest Activity Report
**May 3, 2026** – Logan West was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol 1st Degree, and Speeding by Officer Guffey.
**May 5, 2026** – Chris Shelton was arrested on a Child Support Warrant out of Wayne County by Officer Bertram.
**May 5, 2026** – Angel Suarez-Torres was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended Operator’s License, Disregarding a Stop Sign, and Failure to Maintain Insurance by Officer Thomas, who was assisted on scene by Major Smith.
**May 5, 2026** – Jessica Cruz was arrested on a Fayette County Criminal Complaint Warrant for Possession of a Firearm by a Convicted Felon and on a Probation Violation Warrant by Officer Bertram, who was assisted on scene by Officer Thomas.
**May 6, 2026** – Thomas McWhorter was arrested and charged with Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) by Officer Guffey, who was assisted on scene by Officer Bertram.
**May 7, 2026** – Michael Perdue was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended Operator’s License, Failure to Maintain Insurance, Speeding, Possession of Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia by Officer Thomas, who was assisted on scene by Major Smith and Officer Thompson.
**May 11, 2026** – Charles Green was arrested on 3 Failure to Appear Warrants out of Wayne County by Officer Thomas, who was assisted on scene by Officer Guffey.
**May 16, 2026** – Jacob Coffey was arrested and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking over $1,000 and Criminal Mischief 1st Degree by Major Smith.
**May 16, 2026** – Jeremy Foster was arrested and charged with Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place 1st Degree, and Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree by Officer Thompson.
**May 19, 2026** – Bethany Winchester was arrested and charged with Endangering the Welfare of a Minor and Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree by Officer Bertram.
**May 20, 2026** – Tommy Hardwick was arrested on Wayne County Criminal Complaint Warrants for Harassment, Harassing Communications, and Terroristic Threatening 3rd Degree by Officer Thomas, who was assisted on scene by Major Smith and Chief Asberry.
**May 20, 2026** – Kyle Carrender was arrested and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle on a Suspended Operator’s License by Officer Thomas.
**May 21, 2026** – Kelsey Hollars was arrested and charged with Complicity to Commit Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting) by Officer Thomas.
**May 21, 2026** – Donl Hollars was arrested and charged with Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting) over $1,000 and was also arrested on a Wayne County Criminal Complaint Warrant for Theft by Unlawful Taking (Shoplifting) by Officer Thomas.
**May 21, 2026** – Jason Woodworth was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree by Officer Thomas, who was assisted on scene by Officer Thompson.
