Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Timmy Troxell of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for being found guilty and to be held for final judgement.
Mark A. Coffey of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Child Support Hearing. Coffey was also arrested on 4 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for 2 Motions to Revoke Probation Hearings on the underlying charges of receiving stolen property, theft by unlawful taking or disposition-all others, assault 4th degree (domestic violence), 4 counts of failure to appear, and for 2 failure to appear or show cause on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-2nd degree and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Ashley Brown of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of arrest for terroristic threatening-3rd degree, and harassing communication.
Sarah Carlton of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of unauthorized parking in a handicap zone, and failure of owner to maintain required insurance.
Troxell, Coffey, and Brown were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Carlton remained lodged there.
