The Wayne County Detention Center participated in a Work Ready Boot Camp last week. This was for our county inmates only. They were trained in OSHA 10 Construction,CPR and First Aid Certification, Ten Soft Skills for Employment, Financial Literacy and Professionalism in the Field. Wayne County was chosen to be the pilot program and we are very grateful that we got to kick off the program. We are excited to be able to offer this to our county inmates and look forward to offering more opportunities in the future. We want to thank everyone that was involved with this program.
