Dickie G. Wallace of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrants of Arrest for theft by unlawful taking or disposition-shoplifting and burglary-2nd degree (attempt).
Wallace was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
