Circuit Judge, Sara Beth Gregory last week handed down sentencing for a local man who plead guilty to multiple offenses.
There were four separate cases involving 43-year-old Eric Wallen. The charges included Possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), 5 counts of possession of a controlled substance, 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, & other offenses. Wallen will be serving a concurrent 8 year sentence.
