Sherry Roe of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Pulaski County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for theft by unlawful taking or disposition ($1,000.00 but less than $10,000.000), and tampering with physical evidence.
Roe was lodged in the Wayne County Detention CenIter.
