Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
James D. Coffey of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Child Support Hearing. Coffey was also arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Coffey was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
