Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Robert S Snow of Monticello, KY was arrested for Wanton Endangerment 2nd degree-police officer, disorderly conduct, 1st degree, resisting arrest, alcohol intoxication in a public place (1st & 2nd offense).
John Simpson of Monticello, KY was arrested on a Bench Warrant for failure to appear on the underlying charges of operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, no registration receipt, no registration plates, careless driving.
Snow was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center and Simpson made bond and was given a court date to appear.
