According to Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron, on March 3, 2026, the Wayne County Circuit Court Grand Jury met in session. The following is a list of those indicted by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office and their charges.
Raymond Nevels of Monticello, KY. was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree by processing in excess of 18 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia, and for persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Lance Dobbs of Monticello, KY. was indicted on two separate indictments for 2 counts of assault-2nd degree, assault-4th degree, possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protection/ Domestic Violence Order, and for public intoxication(for being manifestly under the influence of drugs or other intoxicating substances.
Austin T. Boston of Monticello, KY. was indicted for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree by processing in excess of 24 grams of methamphetamine with the intent to sell, careless driving, and operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license.
Holly A. Cooper of Covington, KY. was indicted for forgery-2nd degree.
Bobby Barnes of Monticello, KY. was indicted on 2 separate indictments for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (hydrocodone), possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (alprazolam), possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, theft by unlawful taking ($1,000.00 or more), and criminal trespassing-2nd degree.
