Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Dakota Sullivan of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of burglary-2nd degree, and criminal mischief-1st degree.
Donnie Lawson of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for defendant left rehab violating his per agreed order and conditions on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree-2nd offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance-2nd degree (drug unspecified), possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified).
Sullivan and Lawson were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
