Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Ashley Turner of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to comply with a Rehab Order.
Turner was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
