11/18 – Ricky Daniels, 49, of Monticello, was arrested at 8:38 p.m. on Fair Street by Officer Jacob Thomas on a Wayne District Court contempt warrant.
11/20 – Shonda Guffey, 26, of Monticello, was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Garth Street by Officer Jeramy Thompson on charges of Violation of a Kentucky Emergency Protective Order and Resisting Arrest.
11/21 – Keith Alan Herbig, 46, of Monticello, was arrested at 6:00 p.m. on Wayne Street by Sgt. Josh Smith for Assault 4th Degree (domestic violence).
11/21 – Wally Lee Wallace, 43, of Monticello, was arrested at 11:49 p.m. on the KY 90 bypass by Officer Jacob Thomas for Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol (DUI).
11/25 – Shannon Portman, 34, of Monticello, was arrested at 9:16 p.m. at Mason Greene Apartments by Officer Jason Guffey and Officer Jacob Thomas for Assault 4th Degree (domestic violence).
11/26 – Tommy Hardwick, 62, of Monticello, was arrested at 12:27 a.m. on Fair Street by Officer Jason Guffey and Officer Jacob Thomas for Operating Motor Vehicle Under Influence of Alcohol (DUI).
11/28 – James Loveless, 61, of Monticello, was arrested at 4:26 p.m. on Lincoln Avenue by Sgt. Josh Smith for Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place.
All individuals were processed and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
