Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Danny Oldham of Monticello, KY. was arrested by Deputy Casey Lang after learning Oldham had a felony fugitive Tennessee Violation of Probation Warrant of Arrest out of Wilson County Tennessee. Deputy Lang charged and arrested Oldham for being a fugitive from another state.
John Beaty of Monticello, KY. was arrested by Deputy Joe Horne after learning Beaty had a felony Indictment Warrant of Arrest out of Pickett County Tennessee. Deputy Horne charged and arrested Beaty after applying for a receiving a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for being a fugitive from another state.
Derek Barnhouse of Monticello, KY. was arrested by Deputy Valis Smedley on a Kentucky Parole Board Mandatory Reentry Supervision Violation Warrant of Arrest on the underlying charges of absconding parole supervision, failure to complete treatment for substance abuse and failure to report to Parole Officer as directed.
