Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Shane Cooney of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for fraud use of a credit/gift card and theft by unlawful taking or disposition-all others.
Santana Mahler of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for fraud use of a credit card after reporting lost/stolen and theft by unlawful taking or disposition-all others.
David Dixon of Albany, KY. was arrested on a Todd County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of driving on a driving under the influence suspended license-3rd offense, persistent felony offender-1st degree and a traffic violation.
