William Hogan of Albany, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for 2 counts of promoting contraband-1st degree and persistent felony offender-1st degree.
Michael Bordern of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for 2 counts of failure to pay child support.
Michael E. Perdue of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Clinton County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of public intoxication-controlled substance (excludes alcohol) and criminal trespassing-3rd degree (diversion).
Sabrain Baer of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for disorderly conduct-2nd degree.
Hogan, Borden and Perdue were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Baer was released from custody after posting a Bond.
