Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Maurice T. Napier of Monticello, KY. was arrested for assault-4th degree (domestic violence).
Irvin L. Martin of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for unlawful transaction with a minor-3rd degree, wanton endangerment-1st degree and persistent felony offender-2nd degree. Martin was also served with a Bath County District Court Criminal Complaint Summons for harboring a vicious animal.
