Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Harley D. Russell of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Russell County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), receiving stolen property (firearm), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
Russell was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
