Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Deseray D. Corter of Monticello, KY. was arrested for failure of owner to maintain required insurance, operating a vehicle with expired operator’s license and no registration plates.
Shane Cooney of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for fleeing or evading Police-3rd degree, disorderly conduct-2nd degree and criminal trespassing-3rd degree.
Santana Mahler of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of 2 counts of non-payment of Court costs, fees or fines.
Corter, Cooney and Mahler were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
