Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Anna Dobbs of Monticello, KY was arrested for failure to or improper signal, possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 1st offense hydrocodone, prescription-controlled substance not in proper container 1st offense.
Shelley Lair was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order for bond violation.
Brittany Hutton of Monticello, KY was arrested on a Fayette District Court Warrant of Arrest Complaint Warrant for theft by unlawful taking or disposition shoplifting.
Justin Smith of Monticello, KY was arrested on a Clinton County District Court Warrant of Arrest Complaint Warrant for burglary 1st degree, theft by unlawful taking or disposition firearm, possession of handgun by convicted felon, theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others $1,000 or less than $10,000, criminal mischief 2nd degree. Smith was also arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Bench Warrant-Warrant of Arrest for probation violation.
Adam Crabtree of Monticello, KY was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Bench Warrant for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines on the underlying charge of disorderly conduct, 2nd degree.
Dobbs, Lair, Hutton, Smith and Crabtree were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
The Wayne County Sheriff Office also cited the following individuals.
Andrew E Jones of Stearns, KY was cited for following vehicle to close, license to be in possession, failure to notify DOT change of address, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure to produce insurance card, improper display of registration plates.
Carson Joe Stinson of Monticello, KY was cited for criminal mischief, 1st degree.
Jones and Stinson were given court dates to appear.
