Samuel Ray Paul Acrey of Monticello, Ky was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol 1st, leaving scene of accident-failure to render aid or assistance,
Tilah Ball of Bronston, KY was arrested on a Pulaski County District Court Bench Warrant for non-payment of court costs, fees or fines on the underlying charges of drug paraphernalia-buy/possess, 3 charges of possession of a controlled substance 1st offense 2nd degree. Ball was also arrested on a Pulaski County Circuit Court Bench Warrant for failure to appear. Ball was also arrested on a Pulaski County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant for possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance, 1st degree, 2nd offense hydrocodone, drug paraphernalia-buy/possess.
Nickolas Roberts of Bronston, KY was arrested on 2 Pulaski County District Court Bench Warrants for contempt of court libel / slander resistance to order on the underlying charges of license to be in possession, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, failure to appear on the underlying charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition all others.
Alisa Sanders of Monticello, KY was arrested on a Pulaski County District Court Bench Warrant for failure to pay as ordered on the underlying charges of operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license, rear license not illuminated, failure of non-owner operator to maintain required insurance.
Acrey, Ball, Roberts, and Sanders were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
