Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Dishaben N. Patel of Dalton, GA. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for theft by deception-include cold checks ($10,000.00 or more), knowingly exploit adult by person (greater than $300.00) and engaging in organized crime.
Mark Morrow of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest.
Alisa Sanders of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
Dustin R. Southwood was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of burglary-2nd degree.
Patel was released from custody after posting a Bond. Morrow, Sanders and Southwood were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
