Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
A 15-year-old male juvenile was charged and arrested for terroristic threatening-2nd degree (subject conduct to prepare/carry out act).
Melinda Jenkins of Somerset, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine).
Trenton Dobbs of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of fleeing or evading Police-1st degree (motor vehicle), wanton endangerment-1st degree and driving on a driving under the influence suspended license.
The juvenile was transported and lodged in the Adair County Juvenile Detention Center. Jenkins and Dobbs remained lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
