Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Joseph Reynolds of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for Arraignment on the underlying charge of flagrant non-support.
Brian Leffew of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause and failure to appear for a Preliminary Hearing on the underlying charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition-auto, criminal mischief-1st degree, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol-3rd offense (aggravating circumstance),driving on a driving under the influence suspended operator’s license, resisting arrest, tampering with physical evidence and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Reynolds and Leffew were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
