Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Amanda Parmley of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to grams of methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Chelsea Lair of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Complaint Warrant of Arrest for criminal mischief-2nd degree, theft by unlawful taking or disposition, assault-2nd degree and criminal mischief-2nd degree.
Parmley and Lair were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
