Arrest Made in Indecent Exposure Case Involving Children
According to Monticello Police Chief, Joey Hoover
Monday, August 4, 2025 — At approximately 1:30 p.m., James Wilson, 69, of Monticello, was arrested at the Windy Hill Apartments on KY 92 West by Major Josh Asberry.
Wilson was taken into custody without incident and charged with Indecent Exposure 1st Degree and Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree.
The charges stem from allegations that he exposed himself inappropriately in the presence of children.
Wilson was processed and lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
