Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Rocky Shelton of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree-2nd offense (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kassondra Smith of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Commitment Order of Arrest for Contempt of Court for failure to comply with Drug Court.
Kimberly Hill of Monticello, KY. was arrested on Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Shelton and Smith were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Hill was released from custody after posting a Bond.
