Monticello Man arrested along with others in Clinton County

Sheriff Ricky Marcum reports that on July 21 through July 22,Deputies from the Clinton County Sheriff’s Office and officers from the Albany Police Department went to the address of 207 Water Street to execute two complaint warrants.
The two warrants ended up, leading to a search, warrant being obtained for the property with various narcotics and drug paraphernalia seized and multiple arrest from the search .
-Matthew Thrasher, 37, of Albany Kentucky, was arrested for escape second degree
-Tabitha Rogers 39, Albany, was arrested for theft by unlawful taking ($500) and escape second degree (conspiracy).
-Jada Shelton/ Weir 37, of Jamestown, Tennessee. Was arrested for possession of controlled substance first-degree methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and tampering with the physical evidence.
-Robert Wright 44, was charged with possession, controlled substance first-degree drug unspecified and possession of drug paraphernalia.
-Christopher Winkler 34, of Monticello Ky. Was charged with a bench warrant (failure to appear)out of Mercer County District Court.
– Kim Elmore 37, of Albany, Kentucky. Was charged with trafficking and controlled substance first degree methamphetamine (over 2 grams). Possession of controlled substance first-degree methamphetamine, possession of controlled substance first-degree drug unspecified, possession of drug paraphernalia, and prescription controlled substance not in proper container first offense.
Deputy Thomas Pendergrass, Deputy Christian Marcum, Deputy Adam Herald, and Officer Parker Hickman. Executed the search warrant and participated in the multiple arrests.
