Run Report 6-10-25
Monticello Fire Department was dispatched to a vehicle fire on East Highway 90 near Fox Chase at 2:53 PM. Hwy 90 was closed for a period to protect other traffic from the heat and debris. Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrived on the scene and began the process of isolating traffic from the scene with assistance from Kentucky Transportation Cabinet personnel who happened to be on scene. Once the fire was extinguished, the roadway was opened back up for traffic movement.
