TODAY (Thursday May 22nd) at 4 PM we will be taking a little stroll down memory lane and will be watching the show that started it all for our Anime Afternoon programs … Snow White with the Red Hair!
This show takes place in the kingdom of Tanbarun and follows an independent young herbalist named Shirayuki. She is a plain girl … except for her beautiful apple-red hair. Her stunning hair gets her noticed by that kingdom’s prince, but his intentions are not good. Determined to not let this spoiled prince have his way, she cuts her hair, leaving the locks behind, and runs away to the neighboring kingdom, where more adventure than she ever could imagine awaits her.
