Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Logan Whitt of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charge of assault-4th degree.
Whitt was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
