Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrest.
Timothy M. Lowe of Stearns, KY. was arrested on 4 McCreary County District Court Warrants of Arrest for 2 counts of fleeing or evading Police-1st degree (motor vehicle), 2 counts of fleeing or evading Police-2nd degree (on foot), leaving the scene of an accident-failure to render aid, 2 counts of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to register transfer of a motor vehicle and traffic violations.
Lowe was lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
