Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Eric Rhule of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to comply with Drug Court on the underlying charges of trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree (greater than or equal to 2 grams of methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia and receiving stolen property-$10,000.00 or more.
Eddie E. Alcorn of Russell Springs, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Continued First Appearance on the underlying charges of failure of owner to maintain required insurance, failure to register a transfer of a motor vehicle and a traffic violation.
Rhule and Acorn were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
