Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Joshua Evans of Monticello, KY. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Evans was also arrested on a Clinton County District Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine)-(Pre-Trail Diversion) and criminal trespassing-2nd degree.
Tanner Sexton of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 4 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of assault-1st degree, assault-2nd degree, wanton endangerment-1st degree, trafficking in a controlled substane-1st degree (enhanced), trafficking in a controlled substance-1st degree, driving on a driving under the influence suspended license, resisting arrest, 2 counts of possession of marijuana, 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with physical evidence, possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (drug unspecified), possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), and possession of a controlled substance-2nd degree (drug unspecified).
Tyquon K. Roberts of Danville, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for 2 counts of failure to pay child support.
Evans, Sexton and Roberts were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center.
