Wayne County Man arraigned on Murder Charge

Joseph Fulton appeared in District Courton on Thursday and entered a plea of not guilty to charges of murder, abuse of a corpse, arson, and wanton endangerment.  Fulton’s mothers’ body was discovered in a burnt home last Friday.  He was also appointed a public defender; his next court appearance was scheduled for this coming Monday at 1:00.
