Melissa Vanbruggen of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for 2 counts of false statement to obtain/increase benefits.
Thomas Lyons of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of failure to use child restraint in a vehicle.

Matthew W. Turpin of Monticello, KY. was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified). Turpin was also arrested on 2 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear for a Preliminary Hearing and failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of theft by unlawful taking or disposition -shoplifting, possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine) and resisting arrest.
Austin M. Dishman of Monticello, KY. was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident, criminal mischief-1st degree and wanton endangerment-1st degree.
Teranda D. Perkins of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 4 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for Violation of Bond Condition by not Attending Rehab and failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of a controlled substance-2nd degree (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia, promoting contraband-1st degree, criminal mischief-2nd degree, failure of owner to maintain required insurance and a traffic violation.
Cody A. Branscum of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Christina McGuire of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Turpin, Dishman, Perkins and Branscum were lodged in the Wayne County Detentions Center. McGuire was released from custody after posting a Bond.
