Wayne County Sheriff Tim Catron reports the following arrests.
Michael J. Hernandez of Monticello, KY. was arrested for assault-4th degree (domestic violence).
Jamie Dailey of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Warrant of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of possession of a controlled substance-1st degree (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, non-payment of court costs, fees or fines and probation violation (for felon offense).
James K. King of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 9 Wayne County District Court Warrants of Arrest for failure to appear and failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charges of 2 counts of public intoxication (excludes alcohol), 2 counts of assault-4th degree, 5 counts of disorderly conduct-2nd degree, criminal trespassing-2nd degree, possession of drug paraphernalia, alcohol intoxication in a public place and theft by unlawful taking or disposition-auto.
Bradley Foster of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear on the underlying charges of alcohol intoxication in a public place and disorderly conduct-1st degree.
Hernandez, Dailey and King were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Foster was released from custody after posting a Bond.
