James E. Hoskins of Monticello, KY. was arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Richard Baker of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrants of Arrest for 6 counts of wanton endangerment-1st degree, endangering the welfare of a minor, 2 counts of assault-4th degree (domestic violence) and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Jacob Ingram of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of alcohol intoxication in a public place.
Tony Dishman of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant of Arrest for trafficking in a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified), prescription of a controlled substance not in a proper container, possession of a controlled substance-3rd degree (drug unspecified), possession of marijuana, 3 counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a radio that sends/receives police messages.
Walter A. Guinn of Monticello, KY. was arrested on 2 Wayne County Circuit Court Warrants of Arrest for Probation Violation on the underlying charges of bail jumping-1st degree, theft by unlawful taking or disposition and non-payment of court costs, fees or fines.
Arlene Roberts of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to appear for a Pre-Trial Conference on the underlying charges of assault-4th degree (domestic violence), terroristic threatening-3rd degree and resisting arrest.
Josh Evans of Monticello, KY. was arrested on a Wayne County District Court Warrant of Arrest for failure to pay or show cause on the underlying charge of menacing.
Wayne County Sheriff Office also served Christopher Sanders with a Wayne County District Court Criminal Summons for failure to appear for, citation for a misdemeanor offense.
Dishman was released from custody after posting a Bond. Guinn, Evans and Roberts were lodged in the Wayne County Detention Center. Sanders was given a court date to appear.
