(WKYT) – A husband and wife from Somerset were sentenced Wednesday on child pornography production charges in federal court.
Christopher Ethridge, 39, and Amy Ethridge, 30, each received a sentence of 30 years, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Eastern Kentucky.
In August 2024, the Ethridges produced an explicit film of a juvenile victim. Investigators found that the two had also discussed abusing another victim and had a written contract detailing sexual acts they could perform on the victim.
The Ethridges were previously sentenced to separate 70-year sentences on state charges.
Both sentences will run consecutively, resulting in a 100-year sentence for each of them.
