(WKYT) – Central Kentucky residents can continue to “Donate Like Dolly” for another week and, by doing so, will receive a T-shirt honoring Parton.
The Kentucky Blood Center announced on Monday that it is extending its promotion until Oct 3. Earlier this month, the initial drive produced high demand for the shirt.
The pink T-shirt features the late singer’s iconic blond hair and a famous quote.
The blood center will also donate $5 to Parton’s Imagination Library for each person who gives blood.
All donors must be at least 17 years old, weigh at least 110 pounds, be in good health and meet other health requirements.
All KBC locations are open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. during the week. You can find a list of locations here.
